  • Minimum of eight years post-graduate work experience
  • Substantial management experience
  • First academic degree
  • Fully employed / Self-employed

Admissions Process

A personal conversation is all it takes to complete the first step. We will contact you to provide individual feedback on your credentials and to discuss the next steps and answer your questions.

After speaking with you and confirming that you are qualified to apply, you will then need to submit your full application via email. The documents required include:

  • Completed application form. The application form can be found here.
  • Most recent CV / resume
  • Two letters of recommendation. The letter of recommendation template can be found here.
  • Copies of your last degree transcript and diploma (bring originals to the interviews)
  • The €200 application fee, payable prior to the interviews
  • Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS) when necessary

Upon review of your application, we will invite qualified candidates to one of our regular Admissions Days on campus.  

At each of our Admissions Days, you can carry out your admissions interviews, which consist of two interview rounds and one group discussion. Our Kellogg-WHU alumni, senior staff, and faculty members lead all interviews. The days also offer the opportunity to participate in an EMBA class with current students, receive a campus tour, and network with current students, faculty and staff.

Within two weeks of your interview, our Admissions Board will inform you via email about their decision.

Upon acceptance and receipt of all documents required, we will finalize and send you your study contract and start your enrollment process.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program (2018 - 2020) is €85,000.
This fee includes teaching fees for the entire duration of the program, all books and course materials, all meals during class days, accommodation during all required global electives and Global Network Weeks at the Kellogg School of Management, use of school facilities and all leadership development workshops and required business coaching sessions.
A non-refundable application fee of €200 must also accompany your application.

Financing Options

Pursuing the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA is a substantial investment, not only in terms of time and energy, but also financially. We’re committed to helping you explore and evaluate the different financing options to make this investment in your future.

All accepted EMBA students have the opportunity to apply for the WHU Brain Capital funding option, which finances up to 100% of EMBA tuition fees. In return, EMBA students must make a commitment to reimburse the loan in its entirety over a certain period of time depending on each individual’s income level following graduation.
