WHU’s Master in Management #1 in Financial Times Ranking

WHU once again reaches pole position in Germany in latest edition of Financial Times Master in Management Ranking

Today, the Financial Times has published the latest edition of its renowned Masters in Management Ranking, revealing that the MiM program from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management has once again clinched the #1 position among all participating German institutions and #22 in a global comparison of all 100 programs listed.

These encouraging overall results, which were compiled using alumni surveys and other sources, also show that WHU’s graduates are highly satisfied with both the school and the program: based on their positive assessments, WHU received a score of 9.17 out of a possible 10 points, thereby pushing the school into the top 15 in this area.

alumni network, career service, carbon footprint

“We are proud of these results. They are evidence that WHU and our MiM program enjoy a high reputation, both domestically and internationally, and that students truly benefit from their time with us,” says Professor Christian Andres, Dean of WHU. “And that is not simply because they have earned a degree from a respected school, but because our MiM program gives them the freedom to develop in an open, international environment and to follow their own, highly individual path forward.”

As was the case last year, WHU, with campuses in both Vallendar and Düsseldorf, performed well in several categories. This includes “alumni network” (#2), which sees graduates of the program rate how beneficial the school’s network was for their career prospects; “career service” (#4), which reflects the high-caliber work conducted by the WHU career center; and “carbon footprint” (#7), for which the Financial Times takes a close look at, among other sources, the school’s net-zero goals and a publicly accessible carbon emissions report.

The Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking for 2025 lists 100 programs from all over the globe, including six offerings from schools based in Germany.
