WHU Debuts New Scholarship for Future Business Leaders

The WHU Responsible Leader Scholarship covers 75% of tuition for the school’s Master in Management Program.

As of its 2025 winter semester, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management will offer Master in Management students an opportunity to apply for its new WHU Responsible Leader Scholarship, which covers 75% of the program’s tuition fees.

WHU’s Master in Management continues to achieve superb results in several rankings, including those from the Financial Times, where the program recently reached pole position in Germany. “For all of us at WHU, it is of the utmost importance that we develop future leaders who not only convince with their academic performance and expertise, but who are also dedicated to sparking positive change for the economy and society as a whole,” says Professor Carl Marcus Wallenburg, Associate Dean Graduate Programs at WHU. “With our new scholarship, we are giving a select and particularly engaged group of undergraduates access to one of the world’s best master’s programs and a chance to explore a career in top management—regardless of their personal background or financial situation.”

WHU’s Master in Management runs a total of 21 months, with students completing modules abroad as well as at the school’s campus in Vallendar. The program is designed to help students hone their skills and ability to develop creative and sound solutions to the complex challenges of the modern business world. A core part of that is recognizing and making good use of new opportunities to be socially responsible and work toward a sustainable economy. Students also have a chance to attend seminars centered on the latest in-demand topics, including business psychology and business analytics, opening up a whole new world of possibilities for their careers. In doing so, the program gives students the skills they need to successfully navigate a dynamic and globally connected economy.

The deadline for applications is March 1, 2025. Candidates must have previously earned a bachelor’s degree with high marks and gained initial practical experience that demonstrates their commitment to positive change for the economy and society.
