Professor Christian Andres reappointed as Dean of WHU

The Senate of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management has voted with an overwhelming majority to extend the contract of Professor Christian Andres as Dean of WHU. The WHU Foundation, the supporting body of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, affirmed this recommendation and Professor Christian Andres has accepted the appointment. Thus, Professor Christian Andres will serve as Dean of WHU for another three years. His next term will begin on May 1, 2026.

“I would like to thank the Senate and the WHU Foundation for the great trust they have placed in me,” says Professor Christian Andres. “The past three years have been marked by important developments that we have driven forward together. At the same time, we have not yet reached our destination; I look forward to continuing the strategic development of WHU from a position of strength.”
