Professor Arnd Huchzermeier New Associate Editor for Management Science

Professor Arnd Huchzermeier of the Chair of Production Management at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management will assume the role of associate editor in the field of operations management at the internationally renowned journal Management Science.

In this role, Professor Huchzermeier will manage publication and peer review processes, evaluate submissions, and contribute to ensuring the journal’s overall quality. His appointment to the editorial board of this prestigious journal is a testament to the valuable contributions to operations and production management research that he has made over the years.

Professor Huchzermeier assumes an interdisciplinary approach to his research, focusing primarily on supply chain management, sustainable operations, e-commence operations, and the interplay between production and finance. To date, he has published articles in several high-caliber journals, including Management Science, Production and Operations Management, and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management. Outside of his research, Professor Huchzermeier is an active member of several international committees and assists companies with the data-driven decision-making processes that occur along global supply chains.
