Industrial Excellence Management Forum & Award at HEC Paris on October 23, 2025

Each year, the Industrial Excellence Management Forum & Award Europe honors outstanding manufacturing and service companies, respectively business units, that set benchmarks in operational excellence. The application period is open from December to February, allowing six months for interested organizations to submit their materials. Following this phase, national directors determine whether their own choice of candidates or self-nominated companies are considered for undergoing an on-site visit. Only one company ultimately becomes the National Winner and is invited to the prestigious Industrial Excellence Conference, where the overall European winner is announced.

The evaluation is grounded in a structured assessment, supported by a comprehensive questionnaire that captures both detailed background information and current KPIs. This ensures transparency and consistency in the selection process.

Particular emphasis is placed on supply chain resilience and sustainability, two critical pillars of long-term operational performance. All winners are recognized as benchmarks in these areas, representing best practices from across Europe.
