From Standstill to Progress

This year’s forumWHU, “From Stand Still to Progress: Germany’s Path into the Future,” brought a young audience together with known figures from the political and economic sectors. From November 21 – 22, the event, organized entirely by students of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, gave participants a venue for discussing questions central to Germany’s future and engaging in a critical exchange on global crises, digitalization, and economic change.

Among those who spoke at the event were Christian Wulff (Former President of Germany and forumWHU Sponsor), Omid Nouripour (Vice President of the German Bundestag), and Dr. Tobias Meyer (CEO of the DHL Group). Participants joined in on keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, speed-dating rounds, and even a job fair with notable companies. A gala networking dinner rounded out the event’s agenda, providing those in attendance with further opportunities to connect.

Founded in 2003, forumWHU is organized by the WHU student club of the same name.
