WHU Campus for Supply Chain Management: How AI Could Change Logistics

This year’s WHU Campus for Supply Chain Management will take place from February 14 – 15 on the Vallendar campus

Whether we’re looking for the apples at the market or cold medicine from the pharmacy, modern-day society is dependent on logistics running as smoothly as possible. And with artificial intelligence shaking things up in almost every industry, one dedicated group of students at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management are asking themselves a very important question: How can today’s professionals use the incredible power of AI to make substantial improvements along the supply chain?

Taking place over the course of two days starting Friday, February 14, this year’s WHU Campus for Supply Chain Management, titled “Intelligent Adaptation: Harnessing AI for Strategic Risk Management in SCM,” will tackle this question and many more. From Dr. Markus Bauer of consultancy firm Roland Berger to Henning Rath of solar panel provider Enpal to WHU’s own Professor Stefan Spinler (Chair of Logistics Management), the event will feature prominent guest speakers active in a variety of fields.

Participants at this year’s conference will have a chance to dialogue directly with those in the know during panel discussions, an exclusive wine tasting, and a gala dinner. Young hopefuls might also find their next internship or employment opportunity at the event’s career fair, which will feature many of the WHU Campus for Supply Chain Management’s corporate sponsors and partners, including EPG, Greenplan, and Inverto.

Tickets are on sale now.
