Experience distinctive learning environments at our campuses in Düsseldorf and Vallendar and other locations worldwide. Go global with a minimum of five international modules.     Gain insights into marketing planning and segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

    Examine the economic foundations relevant for the strategic management of business organizations.

  • International Financial Reporting & Analysis
    Grasp the “language of business”, from a global perspective, with an introduction to financial reporting.
  • Strategic Innovation & Corporate Renewal
    Communicate the most critical and strategic aspects of managing innovation and corporate renewal.
Module 4 | February | Düsseldorf
  • Generative AI for Business Applications
    Leverage Generative AI to improve ideation, facilitate customer interactions, optimize data-driven decisions, and automate tasks.
  • Managerial Finance
    Discover the concepts and techniques necessary to analyze and implement optimal investment decisions by firms.

  • Sprint: Agile Business Model Development
    Run a business idea “sprint” over multiple days to kick-start a new business model, startup, or company project.
Module 9b | December | Vallendar
  • Marketing Strategy
    Gain the tools to appreciate strategic thinking about marketing and brands.
  • Ethics & Executive Leadership
    Shift from being an excellent leader to being an excellent CEO by exploring issues that top corporate leaders must keep in mind.

Module 10 | November - April | India, Japan, Singapore
  • Exploring New Business Horizons

Experience visits to enterprises, to NGOs, fireside conversations with local business leaders, with political changemakers, group activities, solo exploration, and more.

  • Business Simulation
    In Executive Teams, run competing firms in simulated product markets and debrief on concepts and tools of corporate and competitive strategy.
  • Management Accounting
    Focus on the behavioral issues of management accounting to illustrate real-world problems of management accounting in large corporations.

Flexibility

Need time to deal with something? Postponing a module might be your best option. Finish it when you can reapply your focus.

Big, sudden life events can take place at any time. If you find yourself facing one, you can put your studies on hold. But bear in mind that the program must be completed within five years.

We want you to make the best possible start. If something beyond your control is going to prevent that, you can defer your place until the next intake or the following year.
