Very often, employers provide some sort of financial support to EMBA participants but for those who require additional financing, several options are available.
Employers are required to “sponsor” EMBA candidates by agreeing to accommodate employees’ work schedules and provide them with the time off necessary to successfully complete the EMBA Program. Often, employers do provide financial support as well in the form of full- or partial- tuition payment.
The Schumpeter Leadership Scholarship offers a small tuition discount (approx. 10%) to well-qualified individuals working in the non-profit sector (NGOs). The goal of this initiative is to encourage recipients of this scholarship to further increase and broaden the awareness of this particular sector to classmates, strengthening the learning experience while promoting sustainable business solutions.
EMBA candidates working in the non-profit sector are eligible to apply for The Schumpeter Leadership Scholarship once they have successfully completed the interview process and been contracted. Applications are accepted starting June 1st of each year.
All accepted EMBA students from EURO zone countries, have the opportunity to apply for the WHU Brain Capital funding option, which finances up to 50% of EMBA tuition fees. In return, EMBA students must make a commitment to reimburse the loan in its entirety over a certain period of time depending on each individual’s income level following graduation.
Several other financial institutions and organizations provide loans that could potentially support Kellogg-WHU EMBA Program participants.
