Application Procedure

The application procedure consists of a clearly defined three-step process: submission of pre-admission application materials, on-campus interviews, and submission of post-admissions application materials.

Pre-Admissions Process

The following documents must be submitted to emba(at)whu.edu to begin the application process:

  • The completed Application Form
  • A resumé with a recent photograph
  • Copies of your official university transcripts and diploma
  • Payment of €200 application fee, payable prior to participation of the interviews

Upon receipt and review of the documents, a member of the admissions staff will schedule an interview with eligible candidates.

Interviews

The interviews are an integral part of the admissions process, and are structured as follows:

  • Two individual interviews
  • One group discussion
  • Campus tour (optional)
  • Q & A Session with Alumni (optional)

After these sessions, the Admissions Committee meets to consider whether the candidate is qualified to participate in the program. Within approximately two weeks of the interviews, the candidates are notified of the Committee's decision.

Post-Admissions Process

Upon acceptance to the program, the following must be submitted:

  • Letter of support (time) from the employer
  • Terms of Payment Form
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • TOEFL score, where necessary

Upon receipt of the above documents, a contract will be sent to the candidate. Only after the EMBA office receives the countersigned contract, is the candidate’s seat in the program secure. All documents must be received by the deadlines within the respective Admissions Round to ensure a reserved seat in the Program.
